The Vac n Sack system is fitted with a heavy duty high air flow Hepa filter that will filter the last stage of discharge air down to .3 micron at an efficiency rate of 99.9%. This is the second stage of hepa grade filtration because if the unit you decide on includes the Dust cabinet by Donaldson then you have in effect a double Hepa system as it also filters down to .3 micron at 99.9% efficiency.

The Hepa filtration is a standard part of the Vac n Sack system. The small particles in hazardous and non hazardous dusts will be captured right down to .3 microns and help your system comply with State and Federal legislation that is designed to prevent hazardous dust like lead dust from being exhausted to atmosphere. The HEPA filter is F6 rated and is suitable for hazardous dust recovery as long as it is done within relevant guidelines published by State and Federal governments. The Vac n Sack system has the HEPA filter as a standard component and is fully integrated into the design.
