The system components that make up the Vac n Sack system have been decided on by with the aid of a number of experts in the field.

The power plant of this system and the filtration are what make it special. The vacuum is created by a European positive displacement blower, either a Robuschi from Italy or a Kaeser from Germany. Solidly build with huge power. Electric fans and sideblowers do not create anywhere near the air flow and vacuum that this system creates so when you are done sucking out roof insulation this unit will be ready for a multitude of tasks. With 50% vacuum there is virtually no waste that cannot be sucked up.
- The huge power of the positive displacement blower means that you don't need to run the system at maximum to get a result and this also means there is less wear and tear on the equipment.
- We provide a powerful Honda motor that gives ample rpms to match the requirements of he blowers. Again, we will provide a more powerful motor than necessary so the system does not struggle but can deliver impressive performance at moderate power settings.
- The Filtration is made up of 4 stages.
- The capture sack is made from a breathable polypropolene material that captures the majority of waste.
- The next stage is a panel filter that has a flat filter element with a cyclonoc reduction plate. (option A)
- The Donaldson Dust cabinet provide excellent filtration of particles down to .3 microns. (Option B)
- The blower is then protected by an inlet filter residing in a resonance chamber.
- The final stage is a high flow hepa filter protecting final emissions to comply with EPA regulations.
